Spring is finally on the way in Beijing, and it is bringing Restaurant Week with it, giving us all something to look forward to in March.

每年春秋两季,由DiningCity主理 的中国餐厅周将美食的怒潮 席卷各多数会,上万家餐厅中甄选出的优质餐厅,岂论餐品、理念、设计及情形 都可圈可点,完善 接过春节的接力棒,成为美食客们春天的第一场狂欢。
Organised by Dining City, Restaurant Week is held twice a year in spring and autumn in cities across China. It is a celebration of restaurants that offer outstanding food, design, and service.

Opera BOMBANA餐厅周午市套餐净价人民币398元,四道菜精选套餐,以清新的有机温泉蛋配春季时蔬或地中海风味海鲜汤开场,3款Opera BOMBANA当家经典意大利面食可供选择,手工意面或是手工意式饺子,介是广受好评的菜品。

Opera BOMBANA’s Restaurant Week lunch menu is priced at RMB 398 NET. The four-course lunch menu opens with a choice of confit taiyouran egg with spring vegetable or Mediterranean seafood soup, followed by a choice of three Opera BOMBANA signature pasta dishes.

主菜的香煎鳟鱼配海鲜汁,十足海洋风味,亦或可以选择香烤澳洲和牛牛里脊配慢炖时蔬汁,这是每到主要 节日一定会泛起在菜单上的主要 菜品。甜品亦有意大利特色开心果奶油及冰淇淋,新鲜淡奶油芝士卷,或是极其经典的现代Opera提拉米苏配意大利马斯卡波尼奶油。

The main course features a choice of pan-fried trout with seafood emulsion or grilled Australian wagyu beef tenderloin, an Opera BOMBANA classic that has featured on many a special occasion menu. The dessert selection includes Opera BOMBANA’s modern take on tiramisu.

Opera BOMBANA餐厅周晚市套餐净价人民币1666元,包罗一杯Espresso。相对于午餐的清新明快,晚餐菜单越发完整,更具仪式感。主厨接待小吃开场,暖帝王蟹沙拉配白芦笋泥,首道菜品即带来Opera BOMBANA的优雅质感。
Opera BOMBANA’s Restaurant Week dinner menu is priced at RMB 1,666 NET, including an espresso. Compared to the easy, breezy lunch menu, the dinner menu offers more of a sense of ceremony.

手工意面配龙虾海鲜乳,手工意式和牛牛尾饺子带来海洋与山巅的气息,其中不止风味,也带着意大利式的情怀和坚守。碳烤羊里脊和慢炖牛小排及烤牛里脊使人尽可大快朵颐,最后甜品的终曲由新鲜淡奶油芝士卷和榛子千层配榛子冰淇淋交织出属于早春的清甜滋味。

The menu kicks off with a warm king crab salad, stimulating the tastebuds for the meal ahead. Two different pastas, a maccheroni lobster and oxtail ravioli, showcase the best of both land and sea. The main course includes a choice of charcoal grilled te mana lamb loin, slow-cooked beef short ribs & tenderloin, followed by a dessert featuring strawberry and hazelnuts.
